SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master. We are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more: - We are a team with 160 members and growing. - We are young and full of energy. - We love gaming. - We love amazing stories told through gaming and movies. Your responsibilities will be: - Create and implement holistic marketing strategies that effectively promote our games to a broad audience. - Plan, execute, and manage billboard advertisements, transit ads, cinema promotions, and other out-of-home marketing initiatives. - Organize and oversee participation in gaming conventions, trade shows, and other events to promote our games. - Leverage earned media through press releases, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to generate buzz. - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns. - Analyze market trends, rival strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions. - Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution. - Work closely with game developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the game's vision and goals.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated management level experience in marketing in mobile & game industry - Proven track record of crafting and executing successful out-of-home marketing campaigns. - Proven mobile experience managing mobile marketing campaigns. - Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including Organic/Product Marketing, Social media, and PR planning. - Strong understanding of the gaming industry and its target audiences. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think creatively and strategically. - Proficient in analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Data-driven decision-maker, with the ability to process and present data
