- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks. - Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). - Create responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. - Integrate with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews. - Work with DevOps tools and practices to manage deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- At least 3+ years of experience in Java Software development. - Proficiency in Java frameworks, including Spring, ORM, and Hibernate. - Solid experience with front-end development and frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong English communication skills. - Good knowledge in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD), design patterns, UML, database design. - Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes). - Experience with databases like Oracle, SQLMI, and Postgres, and API design, system design, error handling, microservices. - Experience with RESTful API design and integration. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. - Experience with Gen AI is a plus. - Experience with second program languages such as Python, GoLang is a plus - Experience working in the insurance domain is a plus. - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, a positive learning attitude, and team spirit. - For senior level: Strong leadership skills or experience managing a team. - Willingness to go onsite as needed.
