Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company. - Execute and improve the financial management system to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies and local regulations. - Provide strategic recommendations to the management team to enhance financial performance and business opportunities. - Manage daily financial accounting and cash or fund management. - Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Conduct regular cost analysis and management, offering suggestions for resource optimization and efficiency improvement. - Coordinate and handle domestic and international audits and tax inspections, ensuring compliance. - Use the SAP system for monthly settlement, preparing financial reports such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, financial management, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in financial management, with familiarity in Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and customs policies. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and financial compliance. - Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills. - Good communication skills, Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
