- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive institutional marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion among institutional investors. - Brand Narrative & Positioning: Craft compelling narratives that translate complex concepts into value propositions that resonate with sophisticated, risk-aware institutional clients. - Thought Leadership: Position the company and its executives as industry leaders. Oversee the creation of white papers, research reports, op-eds, and blog posts. - Event Representation: Serve as a company ambassador by representing the firm at high-profile industry conferences, roundtables, and proprietary events. This includes speaking on panels, moderating discussions, and leading client dinners to network and generate leads. - Content & Communications: Oversee the production of institutional-grade marketing collateral (pitch decks, fact sheets, case studies) and manage communications targeting the financial press. - Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the growth team to ensure digital channels (LinkedIn, X, Newsletter) effectively target and nurture institutional leads. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals and provide them with the tools needed to close deals.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on financial services (investment banking, asset management, fintech) and at least 2 years in Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain. - Institutional Focus: Proven track record of marketing to institutional or accredited investors, understanding their unique compliance needs and investment theses. - Web3 Native: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, staking, custody, and the overall digital asset ecosystem. - Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, professional messaging. - Executive Presence: Polished, professional demeanor with the confidence to represent the company in high-stakes settings with C-level executives and fund managers. - Education: Bachelor’s degree required;
