• Design efficient, flexible, and scalable backend system architecture. • Write clean, testable, efficient, and maintainable code. • Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and support backend team members. • Collaborate with frontend, mobile, product, and QA teams to ensure project progress and quality. • Make key technical decisions and define appropriate technology strategies for projects. • Manage, delegate tasks, and monitor the progress of the backend team. • Train, mentor, and develop the capabilities of junior team members. • Support and handle technical issues during handover and system operation. • Ensure backend system performance, security, and reliability.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. • At least 3 years of experience in backend development. • Proficient in backend programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, NestJS, Go, Python, etc.). • Solid understanding of system design, microservices architecture, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and RESTful APIs. • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and ability to make sound technical decisions. • Experience in leading teams, assigning tasks, and mentoring junior developers. • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams. • Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and system scalability.
