1 *Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:* - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery. - Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to production schedules. - Coordinate with production and operations teams to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs. 2. *Equipment Maintenance and Repairs:* - Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. - Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or services as needed. 3. *Safety and Compliance:* - Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for maintenance staff and other employees. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to equipment maintenance and workplace safety. 4. *Inventory Management:* - Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance activities. - Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as necessary, and ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items. - Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and loss of materials. 5 *Documentation and Reporting:* - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules. - Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime metrics. - Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate maintenance effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in maintenance management or supervisory role, within the agriculture factory or the agriculture industry. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as maintenance best practices and techniques.
