Role Summary First Steps employs two Senior Designers responsible for creating all visual communications for KNI group clients — from social media graphics and campaign assets to brand materials, signage, prospectuses, and event collateral. • Create high-quality visual design assets for all KNI group clients across print and digital formats • Develop campaign visual identities, brand materials, event graphics, and marketing collateral • Ensure all design output is consistent with each KNI client's brand guidelines • Collaborate with Content Writers, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Events Specialist to deliver integrated campaigns • Manage design projects from brief through to final delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards • Contribute to brand guideline development and updates for KNI group clients • Support video editing and motion graphics production as required • Maintain an organised design asset library for all KNI group clients • Any work required within the relevant field required by the company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Design output quality and brand consistency (reviewed by Head of Marketing) • Turnaround time on design briefs within agreed SLAs • Volume of assets produced per month • Client and internal team satisfaction with design quality
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Minimum 3–4 years' graphic design experience, in an agency • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual creativity and brand consistency • Experience designing for both print and digital formats • Bilingual design capability (Vietnamese and English content)
