- Frontend Leadership: • Architect, build, and maintain the Unbound Central customer portal using modern frameworks (React/Next.js preferred). • Implement intuitive, scalable UX for complex flows, including: • Guided offer configuration and CPQ-like workflows • Subscription and billing management screens • Multi-tenant admin dashboards • Fulfillment and provisioning views • Customer onboarding and SSO/MFA flows • Develop reusable UI component libraries and enforce consistent design patterns. - Full-Stack Development: • Build API integrations with backend services and third-party systems. • Contribute to backend logic when needed (Node.js, Python, or equivalent). • Implement secure role-based user experiences based on customer persona models. - Quality, Performance & Security: • Ensure highly responsive UI performance for large data sets. • Integrate with identity providers (Azure AD, Auth0, Okta, Cognito). • Implement front-end observability, logging, and error tracking. - Collaboration: • Work closely with the backend engineer to define API contracts. • Partner with Product Management to translate requirements into intuitive workflows. • Influence architectural decisions across the platform.

- 6+ years building modern web applications. - Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, or equivalent. - Demonstrated experience designing and shipping complex SaaS portals. - Familiarity with backend services, REST APIs, and data modeling basics. - Experience with identity and authentication frameworks (OAuth2, OIDC, MFA). - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles. - Ability to work independently and make architectural decisions. - Experience with CPQ, subscription management, or billing workflows. - Experience designing multi-tenant portals.
