First Steps employs two Editors who are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all written content produced by the Marketing Department across KNI group clients. Editors review and improve all content before publication or distribution. Key Responsibilities • Edit and proofread all written content produced by the Marketing Department — including social media copy, website content, newsletters, brochures, press materials, and campaign copy • Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned to each KNI client's tone of voice and style guide • Work closely with Content Writers, the Digital Marketing Specialist, and the Head of Marketing • Develop and maintain editorial style guides for each KNI group client • Manage and maintain content calendars in collaboration with the team • Support long-form content projects such as annual reports, prospectuses, and thought leadership articles • Translate or review bilingual (Vietnamese/English) content as required • Flag and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or brand misalignment in content • Any work required within the relevant field required by the company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Zero factual or brand errors in published content • Content turnaround time within agreed SLAs • Style guide compliance across all KNI client content • Quality rating from Head of Marketing and Deputy GD
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Minimum 3 years' editing, editorial, or content management experience • Exceptional written Vietnamese; strong written English • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset • Experience with multi-brand editorial standards
