Job Purpose: - For CKN export document control. - End to end logistics control. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for issue and handling export documents. - Prepare related document to made CO form E, Phyto. - Prepare export document to HO - Update the tracking report for export contracts. - Following payment for export cargo - Made planning for export cargo to everyone... - Store records of orders and purchases, such as: letters from related transactions, orders, documents, sample… - Other jobs related export - Following Debit Note from forwarder - Contact with related department to receive export document - Do Sap CKN export, low grade sale & RCN.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Education – College/University - Specialized knowledge – Excel, Word, PPT, SAP - Skills – Communication - Abilities - Work under pressure and prioritizing work - Professional Certification – SAP knowledge will be preferable - Experience – At least 1-4 years
