- Monitoring, emergency response and alerts o Setup proper monitoring to verify that the application and system are behaving as expected. o Monitor critical applications and services to minimize downtime and ensure their availability. o Identify technical or process improvement opportunities, and partner with delivery/development teams to implement them. o Conduct incident analysis and report. o Error budgets: Calculate the error budgets properly so development teams have space to innovate & take risks. - Change management o CI/CD pipeline setup, drive an end-to-end pipeline process for frequent application, infrastructure and configuration releases o Analyze each change for the risk it carries and solve or roll back quickly if unexpected behavior is detected. - Capacity management o Run regular load tests to plan and prepare the system for sudden jumps in demand. o Analyze performance and create improvement plans. - Communication and negotiation o Communicate with stakeholders and business regarding business demand, business scalability. o Collaborate with Sales and development teams for production failure and incidents.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science. At least 5 years' experience in a related field. - Programming languages (C++, Java, Python, Golang), shell script, bash script. - OS: CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise, Windows Server - Git, build tools, artifactory and package managers (Maven, Gradle, Nexus repo, NPM, Yarn) - Docker & container orchestration tools, eg: K8s, OpenShift, HashiStack. - Working experience with observability, performance management and monitoring tools (open source like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger or commercial software like Dynatrace, Splunk) - Ability to communicate within Engineering as well as with non-technical teams (Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation/Ansible). - Cloud infrastructure and services (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Zero trust network and service mesh (Istio, Consul)
