At Attlas, you will be provided all necessary resources to become that super growth-hacking talent, including but not limited to A-player team, direct coaching from experienced startup founders and sufficient financial resources to execute innovative campaigns. Job Description - Develop and execute growth marketing strategies (both online and offline) to drive user growth, user engagement and trading volume - Design and implement experiments to identify effective tactics for increasing feature adoption and activation rates. - Optimize the onboarding process to ensure new users quickly understand and realize the value of our products. - Work with multiple functions including product, design, broker, customer success, research to implement growth campaigns - Quickly gather data about market trends and user insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency - Consistently and comprehensively communicate with team and leader(s) to ensure a shared understanding of goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

- At least 3 years working experience or being users in crypto - At least 3 years proven experience in marketing/growth-hacking - English fluently to research case study in the market
