Product Operations: - Manage and localize go-to-market plans, addressing challenges in coordination with the Regional Team. - Drive SOP improvements, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of Solutions, including Package Operations and Finance/Legal processes. - Track key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, maximize revenue, and enhance solution efficiency. - Provide expert guidance on best practices and implement product and process enhancements to improve outcomes. - Lead product initiatives aimed at boosting product performance, including revenue growth and ROI for individual tools. 2. Product Marketing: - Develop and execute differentiated product marketing strategies for each phase of the seller cycle—acquisition, retention, and reacquisition. - Translate technical concepts into user-centric content that is clear and actionable based on insights from stakeholders and users. - Lead internal and external communications, training sessions, and events to promote new product launches and enhance stakeholder knowledge of Marketing Solutions.
- 5+ years in product operations, ideally within marketing or advertising solutions. - Advanced understanding of technical and advertising products. - Proven ability to apply lean and agile management principles to drive efficiency. - A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, continuously improving your expertise. - Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally. - Strong critical thinking skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach. - Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL.
