- Support all import and drop shipments from suppliers to appointed sites. - Coordinate shipping requests from Project Team. - Check and ensure completeness of shipping documents from suppliers in accordance to purchase orders. - Liaise with suppliers and forwarders for arrangement of cargo collection. - Monitoring of all shipment status. - Other routine shipment related coordination and documentations. - Ensure good receipt by Project Team for all deliveries. - Other duties as assigned.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Education background in Marine engineering or related field - Knowledge in incoterms, shipping documents and marine insurance coverage is a must-have - At least 1-3 years of experience in a procurement team for ship's components - Initiative and willingness to learn - Able to work independently. - Attentive to details and good coordination skills.
