Business Development Sales Sale Admin
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Work directly with 3PL (third-party warehouses) to ensure inbound, storage, and outbound processes comply with company standards. - Communicate with B2B customers to handle issues related to warehouse operations, orders, and inventory. - Update daily inventory reports and escalate any issues regarding stock, orders, or logistics to the supervisor. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure stock availability and monthly restocking. - Track product display and stock levels across CVS (Convenience Stores), MT (Modern Trade), and other retail channels to ensure visibility and availability. - Based on customer data, proactively reach out to strengthen brand–customer relationships and drive sales performance. - Participate in developing and executing sales programs, leveraging direct customer insights to propose suitable and effective approaches. - Build and optimize automation tools (chatbots, AI assistants) to support daily operations.
- Open to fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales or related fields. - Comfortable with repetitive operational tasks and a stable working environment; interested in a long-term role with a consistent scope of work. - Enjoy communicating with customers and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (warehouse, sales, suppliers, etc.). - Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible when handling data and daily operations. - Possess strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to handle situations and solve problems efficiently. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking inventory and accounts payable is a plus. - Preference for candidates with experience in order operations, warehouse coordination, or logistics management. - Must have a personal laptop.
