● Oversee and manage daily customs operations for import and export shipments, ensuring efficiency in freight handling and logistics coordination. ● Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of customs processes, including customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. ● Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards. ● Implement and maintain compliance with international customs standards, regulations, and company policies. ● Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions. ● Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

● Bachelor's degree in Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs operations, preferably within a logistics company. ● Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, warehousing, and international freight operations (in the SEA region). ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. ● Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
