- Provide Finance module functional consultation on D365FO, with cross-module support (SCM, Procurement, Sales, - Inventory, Warehouse) as needed - Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects; conduct root cause analysis - Perform data cleansing, governance, migration, validation, and reconciliation - Configure system settings and manage change requests, including impact assessment - Prepare test scripts and support SIT/UAT/regression testing - Deliver user training and knowledge transfer - Gather business requirements and design solutions with stakeholders - Drive process improvements and prepare functional documentation (specs, SOPs, user guides) - Support localisation, regulatory compliance, and handover/transition activities
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- 5+ years of experience in D365FO Functional Consultant (Finance) - Functional consultation across D365FO modules (not limited to Finance, SCM, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, etc.) - Incident, service request, and defect resolution - Root cause analysis and issue investigation - Data maintenance, cleansing, and governance - Data migration, validation, and reconciliation - System configuration and parameter maintenance - Change request assessment and implementation - SIT, UAT, and regression testing support - Test script preparation and defect tracking - User training and knowledge transfer - Business requirement gathering and solution design - Process improvement and enhancement initiatives - Documentation (functional specifications, SOPs, user guides, process flows) - Support for localisations and regulatory requirements - Handover and transition support
