Brand Marketing Strategic Planning
1.H:CP Engagement & Activation: - Implement regional and local HCP engagement initiatives (e.g., treatment HCPs, CDC areas) in alignment with the brand strategy. - Organize and facilitate scientific events and peer-to-peer discussions to educate HCPs on the dengue disease burden and vaccine benefits at a regional level (covering multiple provinces and centers). - Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital Board of Directors and early adopters to strengthen vaccine advocacy efforts. 2. Referral Pathway Development: - Partner with MSLs and Field Force teams to co-develop and execute referral pathways that improve patient access to dengue vaccination (both within and beyond hospital settings). - Contribute to the development of tools and materials that support HCPs in their fieldwork. - Establish and enhance referral pathways, completing the engagement loop from disease awareness to brand advocacy among HCPs. - Identify new potential specialties/therapeutic areas to assist Brand Manager and Field Force in expanding territorial outreach. 3. Campaign Execution & Localization: - Adapt and deploy HCP-facing campaigns and educational content provided by the Brand Manager - Ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency across all HCP touchpoints. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Serve as the key partner for Field Force and MSLs in executing marketing activities at provincial or regional levels or with specific accounts/customers - Deliver field insights and feedback to the Brand, Medical, and Field Leadership teams to refine strategies and enhance the effectiveness of scientific engagement. 5.Monitoring & Reporting: - Track key performance metrics, including HCP engagement, referral trends, campaign effectiveness (NPS scores), and willingness to consult on vaccines at vaccination centers. - Provide regular reports with actionable insights to guide data-driven decisions. - Monitor regional insights such as dengue cases, potential epidemic zones, and impactful stories illustrating the disease burden.
