● 4 years of experience in related positions, including 1–2 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software, or technology-driven environments ● Experience working with Agile/Scrum models ● Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration ● Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis. ● Excellent English communication skills. ● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. ● Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions. ● Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. ● Effective problem-solving skills. ● Possess customer-oriented mindset. ● Embrace changes and adapt effectively. ● Be committed to continuous development and improvement.
