• Taking the Business Analyst role in a project to liaise among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems • Coordinating the BA team members in the project to achieve the project goal • Supporting the Project Manager with project planning and estimating, status reporting, employee mentoring, performance management, development process and contribution to strategic direction • User Stories Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft detailed user stories, particularly those requiring extensive integration and complex backend logic, to guide the development process • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Apply rigorous critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues, making data-driven decisions that align with our strategic objectives
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• At least 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner is required • Bachelor’s degree required, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Extensive experience in the IT industry • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications • Strong in analyzing the structure of a business, how it uses technology, and what its goals are • Capable of identifying problems within a business, including through data modeling techniques • Strong English speaking and writing skills
