We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing administrative functions and overseeing HR processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective talent management. Responsibilities: . Manage the complete range of administrative and HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, as well as office management and maintenance of properties. . Manage and maintain employee records, organizational policies, and employee handbook to ensure compliance and accessibility. . Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external governance, regulation, and procedures. . Able to work independently, under pressure, and with a high level of responsibility and confidentiality. . Diplomatic, have excellent communication skills, leadership skill, tactful, attention to details and discreet. . Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned as and when required. . Liaising with external parties, all Government Department and Local Authorities in matters related to employment and worker welfare. . Collaborate with Management to enable group change and increase employee engagement and capability. . To organize and manage a yearly or half yearly performance appraisal and salary review.
. Diploma or equivalent qualification. . Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field and positions. . Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and relevant regulatory frameworks. . Experienced HR with full spectrum . Ability to handle work independently (all subordinates are based in Dubai) . Have network within the IT recruitment field . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). . Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Speak Mandarin Chinese and English (Mandatory)
