Digital Marketing Strategic Planning
Product Positioning & Messaging - Craft clear, compelling messaging and value propositions for key personas, industries, and product lines. - Understand customer pain points, product differentiators, and market trends to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits. - Regularly update positioning documents, website content, and sales materials. Go-to-Market Strategy - Collaborate with Product Managers on the launch of new features/products including planning, packaging, pricing input, and cross-functional alignment. - Own and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring successful adoption through coordinated efforts across marketing, sales, and customer success. Customer & Market Insights - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to inform product messaging and marketing strategies. - Analyze user behavior and product usage data to refine personas and identify growth opportunities. Demand Generation Support - Collaborate with the Performance/Growth team to align messaging and content in paid/organic campaigns. - Develop and execute integrated campaigns that generate demand and accelerate the buyer journey. Sales & Customer Enablement - Create pitch decks, product one-pagers, battle cards, FAQs, demo scripts, and email flows to support Sales and CS teams. - Train internal teams on new features, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or GTM roles in SaaS or B2B tech companies. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related fields. - Proven ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.Familiarity with product analytics and CRM tools (GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. - Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
