SOC Security
– Manage and control the quality of services provided to the company’s client groups, including: 24/7 Cybersecurity Monitoring, Incident Handling, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, etc – Manage Cybersecurity Maturity Level: Assess and advise on improving cybersecurity maturity levels – Manage Cybersecurity Risks & Continuous Threat Exposure Management for clients’ systems – Identify and manage clients’ cybersecurity issues during monitoring and incident handling operations – Represent the Cyber Security Monitoring and Response Center (TTGS) in working with internal VCS departments (Deployment, Solution Development, PM, Sales, Pre-sales, Account Management, Customer Service, etc.) & Clients to coordinate the resolution of issues within the scope of service provision – Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) according to signed contracts with Clients
Educational Background: – Bachelor’s degree in: Information Security; Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics-Informatics… – English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher Requirements/Competencies: – Over 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity Monitoring (SOC) or ONE of the following specializations: Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, Incident Handling, Penetration Testing (Pentest), System Security… – Possess good communication skills, experience in interacting with clients, and collaborating with internal departments within the enterprise

– Knowledge of Information Security, equivalent to the Security+ certification – Knowledge of hacking techniques, equivalent to the CEH certification – Experience in managing cybersecurity risks within an enterprise is an advantage – Preference for candidates with project management certifications and cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH…)
