Market Research Client Relations Sales
1. Direct Sales: - Sell biwin storage products directly to consumers through online and offline channels - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets - Actively seek new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain lasting relationships with end consumers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure an excellent customer experience 3. Product Knowledge: - Develop comprehensive knowledge of biwin storage product lines (including SSDs, memory cards, USB drives, and DRAM modules) - Effectively communicate product features and benefits to consumers - Stay updated on product knowledge to accommodate new product releases 4. Market Research: - Monitor competitor activities and market trends - Provide insights on consumer behavior and preferences - Identify new market opportunities and product needs 5. Event Participation: - Participate in consumer electronics exhibitions, retail promotions, and product demonstrations - Represent the company at industry events to increase brand awareness - Support and execute offline sales activities
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in consumer electronics or related industries - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with diverse customer groups - Passion for and understanding of storage technology and consumer electronic products - Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset - Good time management and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
