Why We Need You As our HR Manager, you’ll own the entire people strategy, ensuring our team stays engaged, supported, and aligned with big ambitions. • People-first, yet cool-headed about tough decisions • Play a critical role in hiring, onboarding, performance, and growth • Foster a workplace where everyone can thrive and deliver results What You’ll Do • Attract & Hire: Create and post job ads that match our high-energy culture. Manage full-cycle recruitment—from screening to onboarding • Onboard & Integrate: Run engaging onboarding to help new hires hit the ground running. Guide managers on first-week experience • Engage & Motivate: Plan team-building, monitor morale, and keep our culture positive and collaborative • Manage Performance: Set clear metrics, run performance reviews, and coach managers on giving feedback • Drive Growth: Organize workshops, mentorships, and growth plans to keep the team advancing • Offboard & Alumni: Build respectful offboarding processes and maintain great relationships with ex-employees
• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or similar roles handling end-to-end HR tasks • Fluent English—for both internal and external communication • Empathy & Adaptability—you care about people and handle difficult decisions with grace • Data-Driven Mindset—use metrics and insights to optimize HR processes • Organized & Efficient—juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • High Energy & Loyalty—protect confidentiality and align with leadership's vision
• Competitive Salary: Starting from 20M VND/month (gross) + performance-based bonuses • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week, on-site in Hanoi • Benefits: Health, Social & Unemployment Insurance, 40,000 VND lunch allowance per weekday, 500,000 VND transport allowance • Team Culture: Bi-monthly team-building events and an annual company retreat • Merit-Based Growth: Opportunity to grow into Head of HR or CHRO based on performance • Personal Development: After 6 months, access to a professional development budget, based on performance and cultural fit
