Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm
- Build Test plan, Test strategy, and test cases for Manual and Automation test for clients’ projects. - Strong skill estimation effort Testing or for Project. - Build manual test process for various products: web, mobile, POS test products and services as required. - Participate in the project operation process to ensure the quality of the project upon release. - Monitor and control the quality and progress of the Test team. - Train and improve skills for all members of the team. - Act as a key player to handle issues between customers and teams. - Participate in meetings with customers.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) - Good knowledge: API testing, Database Testing, and Functional Testing. - At least 8+ years of experience in Testing/QA roles. - Experience in QA Lead or QA Manager position (10-20 members) - Good communication in English. - Having experience/knowledge about Performance testing/Automation testing - Strong knowledge and experience in Manual test and Automation test - Have a deep understanding of testing software processes.
