• Develop and manage the Intra-Asia trade lane, maximizing both volume and profitability. • Coordinate among current FESCO Service Line Manager, build up strong relationship with common feeder and carriers • Calculate cost and other expenses related to transit cargoes • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient booking, execution, and after-sales support. • Analyze competitor offerings and pricing trends; deliver reports and insights to guide tactical decisions and pricing alignment • Find the new potential routes and trends, cargo flows inside the South Eastern Asia. • Monitor the feeder bookings placing for the Transhsipment at HCMC.
• 5 years of sales experience or similar commercial positions in large forwarders, preferably at international carriers • 1-2+ years of experience as Line Managers or similar management roles • 3 years of experience in the Sales, Liner, or forwarding business. • Solid knowledge of Intra Asia pricing rates; Good network with other shipping lines and large Forwarders. • Experience in a trade management role at shipping lines • Good network with other shipping lines and large forwarders • Proficient in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L ownership • Excellent English is a must
