Trade Marketing Operation: · In charge of Trade Promotion Annoucement Process , including internal and extermal management. · Assist in the development and implementation of monthly trade marketing plans and initiatives. · Support the alignment of trade marketing activities with overall brand and business strategies. · Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of promotional activities. · Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns to optimize future initiatives. Performance Tracking: · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities through KPIs and performance metrics. · Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of trade marketing initiatives. · Continuously improve trade marketing strategies based on performance analysis and feedback. · Assist in analyzing sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and threats. · Provide support in developing actionable recommendations based on market analysis. Sales Support: · Help develop and provide sales teams with tools, materials, and training to enhance their effectiveness. · Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with sales objectives. · Support sales teams in achieving their targets through trade marketing initiatives. Budget Management: · Assist in managing trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. · Track and report on budget expenditures and ROI of trade marketing activities. · Support the optimization of budget utilization to maximize impact.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience, with minimum 2 year experience in a similar capacity in FMCG. - Good working knowledge of MS Office - Knowledge of project management - Strong spoken and written English - Commercial experience - Building Effective Teams - Process Management
