SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide guidance, performance feedback, and development support to junior team members. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: - Initiate, plan, localize, and implement sales programs aligned with Corporate and Regional strategies. - Lead the execution of sales initiatives to meet business goals and enhance market positioning. - Develop sales schemes based on forecasted market trends, member segmentation, and performance data. - Provide actionable insights to senior management using distributor behavior and data-driven analysis. - Plan and manage local, regional, and global events, incentives, and recognition programs to motivate and retain distributors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training, business development, and leadership programs for distributors. - Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track performance, ROI, and incentive effectiveness. - Ensure clear and timely communication with the distributor network on promotions, policy updates, and business resources. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent strategy execution. - Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with local regulations in all sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Sales & Marketing, Data Analysis or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development, - Proven ability to manage strategic and operational sales initiatives. - Strong analytical mindset; able to work with KPIs, dashboards, and ROI tracking. - Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams. - Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal). - Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales actions to broader goals.
