• Design, develop, and deploy AI/Machine Learning models to optimize various aspects of our FAST platform, including content recommendation, ad targeting, and user engagement. • Identify opportunities for AI integration to improve efficiency, personalize user experiences, and create new revenue streams within the SeaOvers FAST ecosystem. • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML to ensure our technologies remain at the forefront of the industry. • Work with large datasets to train and validate AI models, ensuring data quality and model performance. • Contribute to the entire AI lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. • Collaborate effectively within a team of AI engineers, leveraging collective expertise to create significant value for the business.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. • Proven experience (2+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying AI/Machine Learning solutions in a production environment. • Strong understanding of various AI/ML algorithms and techniques (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning). • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Proficient in at least one of the cloud services AWS, GCP, Azure. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commercial mindset – able to identify how AI solutions can address market needs. • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Good command of spoken English is essential (IELTS 6.5 or higher). Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
