1. Generate Sales Leads: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the seafood market. - Actively prospect and qualify potential customers to expand the customer base. 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 3. Product Promotion and Sales: - Present and promote seafood products to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. - Provide product information, samples, and demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our products. 4. Sales Negotiation and Closing: - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales agreements. - Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 5. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. - Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning.
- Preferably 2 years of sales experience in the food or seafood industry. - Intermediate English communication is essential. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Working place: at Vina Pride Seafoods Factory. - Working day. From Monday to Saturday (Sunday off and 2 Saturdays off per month) - Transportation: shuttle bus at District 7 (Midtown, District 7) to factory - Accommodation: support room in Dormitory where is near factory. - Support 2 meals at Canteen of factory - Salary: negotiate (14-20 millions).
