- Finance Operations + Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations + Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues + Process business transactions, and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records - Taxation and Compliance + Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations + Assist in tax planning and forecasting to optimize the company's tax position - Reporting + Maintain and organize accurate financial records, including invoicing, taxation, claims, and expense management + Document financial and accounting transactions + Prepare financial reports + Analyze and report financial metrics, while communicating actionable insights + Help manage shareholder communities such as customers, providers, regulators, and investors - Team Collaboration + Determine appropriate tools and processes to streamline financial systems + Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in growth, customer success, engineering, and medical operations on responding to evolving customer needs + Other roles that may be required to support operations
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent field - At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or taxation - CPA is required - Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel - Strong understanding of accounting principles and working tax regulations in the Philippines - High attention to detail and excited to learn new skills and tools - Knowledge of and experience in Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), healthcare, insurance, or financial services industry, is a plus!
