• Optimize processes to improve code efficiency, deployment flows, and infrastructure cost • Automate scale-out capabilities based on platform load and usage • Define and maintain technical and process benchmarks for engineering teams • Lead documentation efforts for microservices, architecture flows, controller logic, and deployment processes • Establish a framework for reviewing and auditing code, pipelines, and service structure • Collaborate with SA/TA and others to identify gaps and improve operational maturity • Ensure compliance with data protection laws like PDPL (Saudi) and GDPR (Europe) • Promote security-first design: OAuth2.0, gRPC, and defensive architecture patterns • Maintain consistency in technical documentation as part of quality assurance • Contribute to reporting on operational health, governance maturity, cost efficiency, and documentation status • Support the creation of feedback loops to continuously improve delivery and infrastructure • This is a cross-functional and politically sensitive role that requires empathy, clarity, and influence • Ability to gain buy-in from developers and leadership is key • Must navigate cultural resistance and act as a consistent voice for platform excellence • Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

• Strong background in governance, process optimization, and technical documentation • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols • Excellent technical writing and architecture documentation skills • Solid written English communication
