1/ Organization solution design: - Design parts of organization and talent development disciplines in some of the aspects: Organizational - Design/ Structure, Organizational Capability Building, Job Review/ Standardization, Performance management system, Leadership and/or Functional competency development, Succession planning, Internal rotation...; - Set and track the effectiveness of the design in-charged; 2/ Organization solution implementation: - Implement or Lead the implementation of assigned organization and talent development disciplines, to ensure the outcome, quality, timeline and resources; - Improve implementation capabilities of the team through mentoring and other informal methods to junior members; 3/ Client Relationship Management and Consulting: - Develop the partnering relationships with middle management across the organization, building a high level of professional credibility and mutual trust, and ensuring that internal clients have access to high-quality expert advice and guidance; 4/ Market research - Conduct market research and be able to select appropriate organizational and talent development frameworks with the organization's scale, culture and needs; - Systems, data and technology - Define the needs of system, data and technology usage for in-charged areas/ projects and oversee its implementation.
- 5+ years of experience working in organizational development, talent development or HR analytics in medium-to-large organization and/or functional business unit; - Track record in tech sector is preferable; - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders including leadership, managers, and employees; - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; - Proficient with Microsoft or related software;
