1. Develop strategies, business plans, goals, budgets, sales policies. 1.1 Establish business operations for products and projects in the management area, including Business Strategy, Sales Objectives & Sales Plan, towards achieving FY’s sales target. 1.2 Develop a distribution channel strategy and business model according to the Group's strategy. 1.3 Advising the Executive Board in planning business strategies for the management area 2. Business activities. 2.1 Building, developing and managing distribution channels to achieve NLG's revenue & sales targets to serve the Group's short, medium and long-term business strategy. Continuously promote the construction, development and management of distribution channels such as real estate agents, trading floors, B2B (Corporate Sales), online, etc. Build & develop distribution channels for product lines . Maintain a good relationship with the distribution channel system. Develop & implement training programs & monitor the quality of distribution channels. 2.2 Establish & implement sales guidelines and policies including selling price policies, payment policies, bank support policies, etc. 2.3. Organize and coordinate business activities. Sales organization Manage products for sale Organize sales events 2.4 Participate with related departments and subsidiaries of the Group to jointly build products (design, planning) to improve product value and optimize benefits for the Group. 2.5 Support sales and solve customer requirements in the pre- & post-sales stage. 3. Manage and coordinate with stakeholders. 3.1 Coordinating with lawyers related to contractual issues with clients and business-related contracts, PMU to hand over products as planned, and Operations & Asset Management department to ensure operations as committed. 3.2 Promote relevant departments to complete legal procedures to issue title certificates and carry out procedures for granting title certificates to customers when eligible. 3.3 Manage the implementation of contract signing with customers in a timely and accurate manner and ensure complete and scientific contract archiving. 3.4 Establish good relationship with external real estate agencies to promote harmonious working environment, producing desired sales results. 3.5 Improve customer satisfaction from pre-purchase to product handover. 4. Marketing activities. 4.1 Coordinate together with the communication and marketing department to develop the brand for products/projects. 4.2 Supporting the development of strategies & action plans for communication management & brand development, product lines, projects in the management area 4.3 Support the construction & development while managing the loyalty program for customers and residents. 4.4 Support to build databases for customers. 4.5 Supporting the construction and development of sales activities of the company (B2B marketing), home buyers.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

1. Qualifications / Experience - Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate... - Have 7 years of experience in the field of Real Estate, at least 3 years in a similar position. - Experience in managing trading floors, distributing affordable, mid-end and high-end product lines. - Proficiency in English. 2. Knowledge, Professional Skills and Competencies - Knowledge of the Real Estate industry. - Basic understanding of legal regulations in the field of Real Estate. - Expertise in sales in the field of Real Estate. - Good relations in the Real Estate industry. - Expertise in the field of product design, urban planning from the perspective of the market and customers. - Knowledge and experience in finance and marketing. - Read and understand drawings of urban design and planning drawings 3. Mindset & Behavior - Have an analytical mindset. - Achievement-oriented and directional. - Leadership and organizational skills. - Have interactive, communicative, and presentation skills. - Lead employees to live by the company's core values. - The ability to develop, motivate the team and the ability to adapt to changes from the environment. - Develop dispute resolution, management, and conflict avoidance processes. - Implement the code of conduct, ethics and work professionally. - Have a customer service mindset. - Creativity, updating market trends
