Market Development Account Management Sales
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential customers for digital and records management services. - Develop new business opportunities from assigned accounts and existing client relationships. - Maintain consistent communication with current customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover evolving needs. - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and planned initiatives. - Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on customer feedback and market trends. - Analyze client input to propose new solutions and enhance service delivery. - Manage account reviews, oversee contract renewals, and monitor payment status. - Generate and qualify leads to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. - Maintain and update customer data accurately in Crown’s CRM system (Dynamics). - Strengthen client relationships to unlock cross-selling and upselling opportunities. - Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets through strategic account development. - Promote services across multiple locations for clients with regional or global presence. - Introduce new service lines to existing accounts to support business growth. - Escalate complex account issues to the Country Account Manager when necessary.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. - Strong customer orientation with a consultative sales approach. - Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities. - Effective planning, organization, and prioritization skills. - Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset. - Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and Microsoft Office. - Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Preferred experience in information management, records management, or digital services.
