Livestream Operation & Execution - Coordinate, and execute marathon livestreams featuring Tier-1 KOLs and celebrities. - Facilitate seamless communication with MCNs to ensure content quality, smooth operations, and high audience engagement. - Standby during livestream & support lead to take action promtly to optimize real time performance - Support in compiling performance reports and suggesting areas for improvement Stakeholder Partnerships: - Support to build and maintain collaborative relationships with MCNs, supporting mutual growth and brand alignment. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align livestream initiatives with platform campaigns and business priorities Ad-hoc task: - Assist the Line Manager on strategic initiatives and research related to KOLs, MCNs, or livestream trends
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience) - At least 1 year of experience in marketing, agency, livestreaming, or communication roles - Strong interest in KOLs, digital content, and livestream commerce - Passionate, growth-oriented, and eager to take ownership Key Traits & Skills - High sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism - Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset - Curious, eager to learn, with a problem-solving attitude - Willingness to work under pressure and outside standard working hours - Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks - High standards of ethics and transparency.
