Go-To-Market Strategy & Localization - Support the formulation of market entry and growth strategies - Act as a market champion to rally teams around local priorities and emerging needs Stakeholder Collaboration & Market Monitoring - Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across Business Development, Product, Marketing, Ops, and more to align on market readiness and expansion plans. - Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and key trends in the Cambodian e-commerce space. Research & User Growth - Lead end-to-end research initiatives to uncover buyer behaviors and pain points - Provide recommendations to improve product-market fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related field. - 4–6 years of experience in strategy, growth, user research, consulting, or general management roles - Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Analytical and research-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
