*Job Overview:* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team of 5. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advanced SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI. The Senior SEO Executive will work closely with the content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure all SEO best practices are being followed and integrated across all digital channels. Experience in paid performance marketing with Google or Meta Ads is highly regarded. --- *Key Responsibilities:* • *Strategy Development & Execution:* - Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and objectives. - Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices. • *On-Page & Technical SEO:* - Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking for maximum crawlability and indexation. - Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, header tags, image optimization, and content optimization. - Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new and existing code. • *Content Strategy & Optimization:* - Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and drives organic traffic. - Regularly review and update existing content to improve its search engine visibility and performance. • *Off-Page SEO & Link Building:* - Develop and manage link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings. - Monitor and analyze the backlink profile, ensuring the removal of any harmful or low-quality links. • *Analytics & Reporting:* - Monitor, track, and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. - Generate regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and actionable recommendations. - Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and optimize the user journey. • *Team Collaboration & Leadership:* - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and PPC, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies. - Lead SEO training sessions and workshops to educate teams on SEO best practices.
• *Education:* - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • *Experience:* - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong track record of success. - Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale SEO projects. - Demonstrated ability to rank websites successfully, with examples of websites improved under your SEO strategies. - English speaking necessary, along with international website SEO experience. • *Technical Skills:* - In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console). - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as they relate to SEO. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
