職務概要
- Drive the preparation of the high-level technical design artifacts for software deliverables, involving and communicating with the respective engineering teams. - Gain first-hand experience with the impact of the architectural decisions by contributing to the implementation. - Support team to release new features, troubleshoot, fix issues while the system is still running stably in good security, scalability and performance - Provide leadership to a diverse group of talented engineers across software, application development, and cloud services, communicate high-level technical strategy and product vision, encourage technical discussions, promote cross-functional projects, and facilitate code reviews to drive the shipping of high-quality code into production and on-time completion of projects. - Drive innovation of product solutions to ensure solutions are engineered for a secure, reliable, high performance, high availability experience for end-users. - Deeper follow-up investigation of technical tasks with engineering team (troubleshooting, issue investigations, bug reporting). - Influence the team’s success through technical as well as people leadership skills.

- 7+ years of product software development experience with 3+ years of experience technical leadership.We also welcome strong candidate having fewer years of experience as well, please tell us why "year" doesn't matter to you in the application letter. - Solid development experience with Golang. Having experience with React and willing to learn other programming languages. Big plus if you can talk broader than that. - A leader who can lead and motivate technical teams to design, test and ship maintainable code within a fast-paced, collaborative production environment - Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication skills, and wisdom gained from building and leading teams responsible for large scale projects - Experience with Microservice architect and NATS architect - Knowledge in system administration (Linux, HAProxy or Nginx) and deep interest in scaling high-performance web sites, database optimization and web services (REST, gRPC) - Good knowledge of OOP & design patterns - Experience with Devops is a plus - Good English communication - Open-minded, can-but-not-blindly-do attitude. You have "can-do" attitude, which is already very cool, but you also must be able to pause and ask "should we do it" - Understand the balance between technical and business decisions - Understand the value of writing test - Be on your own, dedicated and committed, we strongly believe in autonomous, there's likely no one to tell you what to do - And be a TEAM PLAYER, because we can move nowhere without a team - Must be able to say "I was wrong", because no one is perfect - And last but not least we always treat people with respect
