Job Overview And Responsibility
- Quản lý và vận hành hệ thống LIS (Laboratory Information System), HIS (Hospital Information System) và ERP của công ty./ Manage and maintain LIS, HIS, and ERP systems to ensure stable and efficient operations. - Lập kế hoạch, triển khai và giám sát các dự án CNTT liên quan đến tích hợp hệ thống./ Plan, implement, and supervise IT projects related to system integration and upgrades. - Phối hợp với các phòng ban chuyên môn để tối ưu quy trình vận hành thông qua giải pháp công nghệ./ Collaborate with cross- functional teams to optimize workflows through technology solutions. - Quản lý đội ngũ IT, phân công công việc và đảm bảo hiệu suất làm việc./ Lead and manage the IT team to ensure high performance and productivity. - Đảm bảo an ninh thông tin, bảo mật dữ liệu và tuân thủ quy định pháp lý./ Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with healthcare regulations. - Manage IT budget and maintain hardware/software assets / Quản lý ngân sách CNTT và tài sản phần cứng/phần mềm. - Làm việc với vendor, đối tác công nghệ và tập đoàn mẹ trong các dự án triển khai hệ thống./ Work closely with vendors, technology partners, and headquarters on system implementation projects. - Handle IT risks and major incidents quickly and effectively / Xử lý rủi ro và sự cố CNTT nhanh chóng, hiệu quả.
Required Skills and Experience
- Skills / Kỹ năng: Networking, system administration, IT support, leadership, communication / Mạng máy tính, quản trị hệ thống, hỗ trợ CNTT, lãnh đạo, giao tiếp. - Experience / Kinh nghiệm: 5+ years in IT, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role / Tối thiểu 5 năm trong CNTT, trong đó 2–3 năm ở vị trí giám sát. - Attributes / Tố chất: Responsible, problem-solving, proactive, reliable, adaptable / Trách nhiệm, giải quyết vấn đề, chủ động, đáng tin cậy, thích ứng tốt. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields / Tốt nghiệp đại học CNTT, Khoa học máy tính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
