Job Overview And Responsibility
- Implement regional quality management strategies to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards - Annual quality improvement project set up at selected suppliers - Manage digital KPI Dashboards - Lesson learnt to share best practice at regions - Plan Trainings from internal or 3rd party - Lead supplier performance review via QBRs and 8D review meetings - Provide training to enhance the team’s expertise in quality management
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries preferred. - Managing manufacturing quality team and familiar IPQC, FQC and IQC process. - Proven experience in conducting NPI verification via PPAP or APQP - ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate or equivalent - Good communication in Chinese - English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or equivalent - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering - Management, statistics, or Printing-related fields.

Preferred skills and experiences
