Job Overview And Responsibility

主要职责 领导公链核心协议的设计和开发，包括共识机制、智能合约系统、虚拟机等关键组件 制定并执行公链技术发展路线图，确保技术与业务目标一致 管理和培养高素质的技术团队，提升团队整体技术能力 推动技术创新，研究和应用最新的区块链技术 与其他高管合作，制定公司整体战略和技术决策 负责与外部技术合作伙伴、开发者社区的沟通和合作 确保公链的安全性、可扩展性和性能，并持续优化 Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of the core protocol of a public blockchain, including key components such as the consensus mechanism, smart contract system, and virtual machine - Define and execute the technical roadmap for the public blockchain, ensuring alignment between technology strategy and business objectives - Manage, mentor, and develop a high-caliber technical team, continuously improving overall technical capability - Drive technological innovation by researching and applying the latest blockchain technologies - Collaborate with other executives to shape the company’s overall strategy and major technical decisions - Lead communication and collaboration with external technology partners and the developer community - Ensure the public blockchain’s security, scalability, and performance, and continuously optimize the system

Required Skills and Experience

任职要求 计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的硕士及以上学历 10年以上区块链或相关技术领域的工作经验，其中至少5年以上的技术管理经验 中英文流利 深入理解区块链核心技术，包括共识算法、密码学、分布式系统等 必须具备 EVM（以太坊虚拟机）系主网的开发经验，熟悉 Solidity 和智能合约开发 对其他公链技术（如 Cosmos SDK、Substrate 等）有深入了解 具备出色的问题解决能力和技术创新能力 优秀的领导力和团队管理能力，能够有效管理和激励技术团队 良好的沟通能力，能够与非技术人员有效交流复杂的技术概念 熟悉区块链行业发展趋势，具有前瞻性思维 Requirements - Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Over 10 years of experience in blockchain or related technical fields, including at least 5 years in technical leadership or management roles - Fluent in Mandarin and English - Deep understanding of core blockchain technologies, including consensus algorithms, cryptography, and distributed systems - Must have hands-on experience developing an EVM-based mainnet, with strong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development - In-depth knowledge of other public blockchain frameworks such as Cosmos SDK, Substrate, or similar technologies - Strong problem-solving skills and technical innovation capability - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams effectively - Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Up-to-date knowledge of blockchain industry trends, with a forward-looking and strategic mindset
