International Logistic Product Sourcing Account Management
The International Trade Specialist will be responsible for implementing import and export activities from China and Vietnam to India, ensuring efficiency and compliance with international regulations. This position includes logistics support, document processing and coordination with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods. This position requires the candidate to travel to China regularly to work with suppliers. Main Responsibilities: 1. Supplier liaison: Assist in coordination with manufacturers and suppliers of electric motorbike components and spare parts. Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners, customs declaration agents and other logistics partners. 2. Document management: Prepare and manage all necessary import and export documents, including (but not limited to) contracts, commercial invoices, packing lists, sea waybills (B/L), air waybills (AWB), certificates of origin (C/O), customs declarations and other licenses. 3. Logistics coordination: Coordinate with shipping partners, shipping lines, airlines, customs declaration agents and internal departments (such as sales, purchasing, warehousing) to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance and delivery. 4. Problem Solving: Handle and resolve any discrepancies, damages or issues related to shipments, working closely with suppliers and logistics partners. 5. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all transactions, documents and communications during the import and export process. 6. Reporting: Prepare reports on shipment status, customs clearance when required. 7. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in International Business or Supply Chain Management (Logistics) or related fields. 2. 2-3 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Be Vietnamese, fluent in both Mandarin and English (professional level). 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). 5. Good translation skills required. 6. Organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team. 8. Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
