Job Overview And Responsibility

1/ Planning/ Budgeting - Cooperate with business stakeholders to understand the scope of project. - Building, and implement purchasing Project Purchasing Plan. - Market survey to archive the best efficient purchases and minimize the risks for company. 2/ Policy/ Procedure - Ensure all the works are complied with Company’s procedures & regulation. 3/ System/ Processes - Process Purchase Requisition, Contract on HCL system. = Process Payment on HCL. 4/ Operations - Performance daily purchasing activity: sourcing, vendor evaluation, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting. - Identification internal demand for goods and service. - Taking initiative on tender organization and negotiation process with vendor. - Cost management. - Vendor management. - Vendor evaluation and market survey to archive the best efficient purchases and minimize the risks for company. - Participate in projects, processes creation and other change initiatives. - Undertake other tasks assigned by HM.

Required Skills and Experience

- University Graduate. Advantage: Business Management, Economic, Finance, Legal,.. - At least 03-05 years’ experience working at the procurement team, preferably in banking or financial or insurance institution. - Bidding & Contract negotiation experience. - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills. - Proficiency In Microsoft Office & Excel & Power Points.
