Job Overview And Responsibility
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Partner with the operations team to identify improvement opportunities, drive operational excellence, and support data-driven decision-making to achieve profit growth. - Oversee financial planning processes, including the preparation and analysis of plant P&L, manufacturing variances, and KPIs, while providing timely updates to stakeholders. - Drive process improvements within the Finance department to maximize value creation, including enhancements in reporting, forecasting, and asset management processes. - Strengthen compliance with corporate and local policies, promote PBM culture, and support enterprise risk management initiatives. - Collaborate with auditors during annual audits to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting or a related subject. - At least 6+ years of experience in operational finance, with strong knowledge of costing analysis and manufacturing variance management in a plant environment. - Proficient in SAP FI and CO, with advanced Excel skills for data modeling, analysis, and reporting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results. - Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
