Client Relations Creative Design Communications
1. Workflow Coordination - Receive and log incoming creative requests; ensure briefs are complete and aligned with Creative Studio standards - Work with Creative Manager to assign tasks to appropriate designers/copywriters based on skills, availability, and timelines - Monitor daily and weekly workflows to prevent bottlenecks and raise reallocation for resources (to relevant managers) if needed 2. Timeline & Deadline Management - Develop, maintain, and communicate timelines for all creative projects - Proactively track project milestones, flagging delays or risks to relevant stakeholders - Ensure high-priority or last-minute jobs are managed efficiently without compromising ongoing work 3. Studio Operations & Process - Work closely with the Creative Studio Manager and team leads to improve process efficiency - Support with documentation of workflows, templates, and playbooks - Help coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and feedback loops 4. Communication & Stakeholder Management - Be the main point of contact for status updates on creative jobs - Coordinate with Brand, Growth, and other internal teams at Home Credit to ensure alignment and clarity on project deliverables - Attend relevant meetings to capture action points and keep creative team informed
- From 2 years of experience in project coordination, traffic, or operations (creative/marketing agency preferred) - Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and timelines - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, or similar) - Clear communicator and problem-solver, able to balance multiple priorities. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment - Upper-intermediate level in English
