Strategic Planning Marketing Growth Strategy
About the Role: The User Acquisition Executive plays a key role in driving user growth and monetization performance for our mobile apps portfolio. You will manage end-to-end paid acquisition activities across major ad networks, optimize campaigns for ROI, and collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and ASO teams to scale high-performing apps efficiently. This role requires strong analytical thinking, practical experience with mobile UA campaigns, and the ability to connect data with user behavior and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management - Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across key channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASA, Mintegral, Tiktok Ads, etc.). - Manage daily budgets, bids, and creatives to achieve KPI targets (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV). - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. Analytics & Performance Optimization - Monitor and analyze campaign data. - Derive insights to optimize user funnel and ad spend efficiency. - Track cohort-level metrics (D1/D7/D30 retention, ARPU, LTV, ROAS) and provide actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the Creative Team to develop effective ad concepts and variations. - Partner with the Product Team to align marketing messaging with app features and user value propositions. Strategy & Experimentation - Identify new traffic sources and test emerging platforms to diversify UA portfolio. - Support growth experiments around monetization, pricing, and in-app behavior tracking. - Propose scaling strategies for top-performing markets and channels. Reporting & Documentation - Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign results, insights, and improvement plans. - Maintain a UA playbook with best practices, learnings, and benchmarks for internal knowledge sharing.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition (preferably for B2C apps). - Strong understanding of mobile attribution, MMP tools, and key metrics (CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV). - Proven track record of managing >$50K/month UA budget across multiple ad channels. - Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization skills. - Familiarity with Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, or Data Studio. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

- Experience with subscription-based or hybrid monetization models (IAA + IAP). - Knowledge of ASO and its synergy with paid UA. - Experience running campaigns for utility, productivity, or lifestyle apps. - Familiarity with automation and A/B testing frameworks (e.g., SKAN 4.0, UAC, Meta Advantage+). - Understanding of creative analytics and concept iteration process.
