Human Resource Training
Training • Coordinate with departments to identify both periodic and ad-hoc training needs. • Develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly training plans and monitor implementation progress. • Design and organize internal training programs: soft skills, onboarding, technical skills, etc. • Source, liaise with, and evaluate the quality of external trainers and training partners. • Participate in developing training materials and competency frameworks for each position. • Deliver onboarding and basic skills training programs directly (if required). • Manage the training budget and evaluate training effectiveness. • Administer the internal training system. • Provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to management. Culture Development • Support the organization of internal programs that strengthen employee engagement and promote corporate culture. • Propose initiatives to improve employee experience, morale, and embed core cultural values. • Participate in internal surveys, measure engagement levels, and propose improvement solutions. • Coordinate internal communications for cultural and training programs effectively.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Economics, Psychology, or related fields. • At least 2 years of experience in internal training or organizational development. • Strong planning and time management skills. • Proficient in presentation, classroom facilitation, and group activities. • Proactive, creative, growth-oriented, and passionate about people development. • Preferably experienced in companies with over 200 employees. • Good communication in English is an advantage.
