Job Overview And Responsibility
TAX COMPLIANCE • Manage tax reporting and compliances, ensure compliance with tax policy of the company and tax regulations (CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT) and Transfer pricing compliance. • Periodic tax health check and/or upon request by management team. TAX ADVISORY • Daily support and provide advice to the internal stakeholders about tax matters to ensure tax governance and support in the development of processes for compliance and risks mitigation. • Monitor tax related transactions and structure in compliance with laws in the most effective way. • Keep updated on changes in tax legislation and advise management on potential impacts. • Handle the tax audit events and manage the relationship with the local tax authorities. • Other tasks assigned by Finance Controller or Tax Manager
Required Skills and Experience
• University graduated, major in tax, accounting, audit or related fields. • Minimum 6-year experience in tax field a multi-national organization, tax experience in EPE manufacturing / Big4 companies is an advantage. • Good knowledge on related Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards. Good understanding in customs is a plus. • Strong team player with the ability to foster effective teamwork and provide support to colleagues across functions. • Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadline. • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Proficient in English communication. • Good at organizing, problem solving, quality, detail and action oriented. • Good command on M.S office program especially spreadsheets and accounting system or software.
